Oh hey! I’m Tiffany Davis.
Originally from New York, I’ve been in North Carolina for almost 14 years. Being close to the lakes, city, mountains, beaches, and everything in between — Charlotte has something for everyone! I have a true appreciation for all North Carolina and South Carolina have to offer.
I graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC in 2008. From there, I went on to get my second bachelor’s degree in Nursing. I practiced as an ICU nurse for almost 8 years; specializing in neonates, pediatrics, and congenital heart defect management. In October 2021, I left my part-time hospital staff position to be able to manage my already full-time real estate business. I have an expertise in first time home buying, relocation, leasing, investing, new construction, and staging.
Coming from an ICU background for so many years, I’m extremely detail oriented, organized, professional, and a strong advocate and negotiator for my clients.
Since transitioning to real estate in 2019, I've been a top listing agent at my firm, rising star 2021 award recipient, Select Club award recipient in 2021, and Gold Club award recipient in 2022. I also became a mentor to new aspiring agents in 2022 and sold $10+ million the last year as a solo agent. I'm licensed in NC (LIC #316541) and SC (LIC #122874).
